In most cases, clearing your cookies in your system default browser (Internet Explorer in Windows, and Safari in OS X) fixes this issue. Here are some short videos showing this process in both Windows and Mac OS.
- Windows (Internet Explorer)
NOTE: This process must be done in Internet Explorer, and not Firefox, Safari or Chrome, regardless of what browser you use for every day internet browsing.
For Windows 10 users, there is another browser named Microsoft Edge that is installed alongside Internet Explorer. The Edge icon looks a lot like the Internet Explorer icon. This process will not work in Microsoft Edge, so you will need to open Internet Explorer to follow this process.
- Mac OS (Safari)
NOTE: This process must be done in Safari, and not Firefox or Chrome, regardless of what browser you use for every day internet browsing.
If that fails to fix the problem, you'll need to create a debug log, as this will capture the steps leading up to the problem. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
