Due to a recent change in technology, we've had to re-write a large portion of the Rank Tracker backend system that is in charge of sending off user updates each week.
We'd hoped this would be a seamless transition, but over the last few days we've encountered some problems that has resulted in users not getting their scheduled weekly updates, and has also impacted PDF reports.
The good news is our development team have narrowed down the issues, and have started working on a fix.
Once the issues have been sorted out we'll make sure that anyone who has missed an update will be manually run so that you have fresh data.
We'll update this page as soon as we have some more news.
