If you are having difficulty paying for Market Samurai via PayPal, the Noble Samurai support team is limited in its ability to help you as we do not run the PayPal payment processing gateway. This means that if a payment is rejected, we will not see this error message in our system.
We recommend that you contact PayPal or your financial institution to find out why this is happening.

It's also worth trying again later - we have a number of reports from our users of intermittent issues like this, which seem to go away after a period of time. Others have called their bank and found it was blocking the transaction because we're an overseas firm (we're located in Australia) or another reason having nothing to do with their available funds.
If you try that and you're constantly running into issues, let support know and we'll see if there's anything we can do to help - remember to include any error messages, including error codes, that you're seeing.
