If you have two accounts in our system that you need merged into one, for example because you have an old email address attached to your account that you no longer have access to, the support team can help you by merging them in our system.
Just contact us, and be sure to include the Paypal Transaction ID from your original purchase so we can verify the account before merging it.
You can get the Transaction ID from your Email receipt, or from your PayPal Account History - just search PayPal for the payee "email@example.com".
