How to attach Project File to your support ticket

If you are having problems with Market Samurai and you need the assistance of our support team, it may help us get to the bottom of your issue if you attach the project file you've been working from your ticket.

Project files for Market Samurai by default are saved to the following locations:
Windows Vista/7/8/10: Documents
Mac OSX: Documents

The filename extension will show as ".msam", so if you are unable to locate the project file in the default location, you can search for files on your computer with the .msam file extension.

We recommend that you compress the .msam file into a .zip, as it will be a much smaller file to send.

Please make sure that Market Samurai is shut down (not running) when you compress the file and attach it to your email or support ticket.
